I'm sure you've noticed this blog has 'transitioned'! Lol. It use to be all about fashion and beauty. But since going natural the focus has shifted to everything #teamnatural. I've been struggling to keep a good balance between fashion and natural hair- how am I doing!?! Lol. I'm quite tired of the struggle so I'm officially announcing this is a fashion x natural hair blog! I can't separate the two any longer! Here you will find everything (hence the name ET CETERA) from fashion, style, beauty, and natural hair! Are you subscribed to my YouTube channel? You better be! On my channel you will find tutorials on everything- outfits of the day, face of the day, beauty tips, natural hair style tutorials and more! My videos tend to be very lengthy- so please pardon my endless talking and explaining! I'm still working on a happy medium. If I make my videos too short people always ask me to explain more or slow down. However, if I do explain and take my time I get some subbies that say fast forward or edit more! I don't think I can make anyone happy but I do agree they are too long. So I am working on that. But overall my tutorials are very user friendly. I get lots of comments that I've helped someone with the struggle whether its makeup, hair, or styling. But head over to my channel and check out some of fav videos!
My very first huge client was Necole "Bitchie" Kane (www.necolebitchie.com). She still is my #1 client and I love her soooooooooo much. I look up to her and she is my mentor. She is always putting me in my place and teaching me lessons along the way. I create some awesome work for her and I feel very honored to work with such a huge celebrity blogger!
Since going natural I've also linked up with natural hair blogger, Jenell Stewart (www.kinkycurlycoilyme.com)! I am her graphic designer and design most of her event flyers, challenge advertisements, facebook/website headers, logos, and more. She reminds me of Necole. She lets me know my worth and encourages me to continue to produce great work. Again, she is a mentor to me as well. I am able to work with these great women and help them with their brands and at the same time I am learning from them. They are like a blueprint as far as my own branding!
I have tons of other clients as well and take on more projects if I am not too busy with Necole or Jenell. Through both of these women I have worked with some amazing people!
