HOW TO STYLE | Winter White

A few weeks ago I got a request on how to style winter white! I've done a 2012 Trend Report that gave you options, as well as an ALL WHITE PARTY post (also check out, how Draya rocked all white, ooooh and how Karla rocked a Nike Top with her's). But we can never have too much styling advice. The all white party outlined how to dress up all white so for this post I decided to choose everyday looks that can be dressed up or down. I have broke down the 4 major ways to style all white. The main staples are camo, contrast (black), denim, earth tones, and animal prints. There are so many other options but these are the best! Check out the following for inspiration and a brief summary below each look.

HOW TO STYLE| Winter White

For this look I started with white skinny jeans of course and added this dope graphic sweater in white. Since the sweater has brown I added some wedge sneakers that incorporate both brown and white. The camo jacket added some print; and I also found this color block clutch to matche the green, brown, and whites in this look. Again, the major staple is the camo jacket!

The other option is to add a contrast color which in this case is black! I love black & white together! Another dope trend is printed tees- so I found this tee to add a touch of black. From there I added a black blazer, cap toe pumps, and a contrast clutch.

HOW TO STYLE WINTER WHITE | Denim x Earth Tones

This is probably the most popular way to rock winter white- adding denim. At first I added a denim top but decided to add a jacket instead. I then found these wooden heel ankle boots which inspired me to add some brown to the look. Tan and white are also very trendy together.

This final look is very similar to the contrast technique but I've also added a pop of color, and animal print. Notice the contrast top has rivets- and I also added rivets with the red clutch...these are nice touches to add edginess!
